Burned lot tocleared lot
After a fire, owners and agencies get stuck between steps: who writes the work plan, who tests, who removes the asbestos, who gets the county to sign off. Alliance does all of it, so nothing stalls between hand-offs.
Work plans & permits
We prepare and submit the site-specific work plans and paperwork counties require before debris removal can begin.
Hazmat testing
Asbestos, lead, ash and soil sampling with laboratory analysis, so every decision is based on data.
Debris & hazmat removal
Safe removal of asbestos-containing materials, ash, burned debris and household hazardous waste.
Soil assessment
Post-removal soil sampling to confirm contamination is gone before the property is released.
Agency clearance
We work the site through local agency review until it is formally cleared for rebuilding.
Documentation
A clean file of plans, lab results and disposal records for owners, insurers and agencies.

Park Firecleanup
After the Park Fire, Alliance handled environmental cleanup and hazardous debris removal in Cohasset, working with state agencies. The site was cleared and certified safe, and compliance requirements were met ahead of schedule.
“They handled our wildfire debris removal with unmatched professionalism and speed.”

Do you only remove debris, or do you handle the paperwork too?
Both. Alliance prepares and submits the work plans counties require, performs hazardous-materials testing, completes the cleanup, and works the site through to local agency clearance.
What hazardous materials show up after a structure fire?
Burned buildings commonly leave asbestos (older roofing, siding, flooring, pipe wrap), lead from paint, ash with heavy metals, and household hazardous waste such as propane tanks, batteries and pool chemicals. Each has to be identified and handled under its own rules before general debris can be hauled.
Can you test a property that didn't burn but sits in a fire zone?
Yes. Ash and smoke residue can drift onto standing structures and soil. Sampling and lab analysis tell an owner, insurer or agency whether cleaning or remediation is actually needed.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. Testing results, work plans and clearance documentation give adjusters a clear record of what was found and what was done.
What areas do you cover?
Alliance is based in Chico and works throughout California, including Butte County, where it handled Park Fire cleanup work in Cohasset.
Need a burned property assessed?
